2. Eligibility

Access to sbc8 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. sbc8 will verify eligibility at registration and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage of the account's lifetime. 3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of sbc8, including placing wagers and processing deposits and withdrawals, you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which serves as your primary account identifier and the destination for SMS verification codes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sbc8 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). sbc8 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfer services including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. sbc8 does not charge a deposit fee or a withdrawal fee. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. In certain circumstances sbc8 may request identity verification documentation before processing a withdrawal. sbc8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity or source-of-funds verification. Deposits and withdrawals must be made from accounts and wallets registered in your own name — third-party funding is prohibited.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, however sbc8 may apply enhanced due-diligence checks to large transactions.
• Deposits are credited to your sbc8 account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe published in the sbc8 payment information section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements.
• sbc8 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to the player's account balance if the transaction cannot be completed due to incorrect payment details provided by the player.
• Any suspected fraudulent transaction, money laundering, or abuse of payment systems will result in the immediate suspension of the player's account and the reporting of the activity to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

sbc8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that bonus in addition to these general Terms.

sbc8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to active promotions will be communicated via the sbc8 platform. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of any such change will be permitted to complete play under the original terms, except in cases where the original terms contained an error.

6. Betting Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on sbc8 are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules published on the Platform. By placing a wager you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. The following general betting rules apply across all sbc8 sports betting markets.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player after confirmation except where an in-play cash-out feature is explicitly available and exercised before the event concludes.
• sbc8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were published in error or where a technical fault caused incorrect odds to be displayed. In such cases the void bet stake is returned to the player's account balance.

• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are published on the sbc8 sportsbook and may vary by sport, market type, and event tier. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout will be capped at the published limit.
• Cricket betting markets on sbc8, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals, are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Matches abandoned due to weather or other external factors are settled as void unless a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result has been officially declared.

7. Prohibited Conduct

sbc8 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest conduct on the Platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account on sbc8, whether under the same or different personal details, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a known or suspected technical fault will be voided.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent payment methods, stolen payment details, or chargebacks. Any chargeback initiated against an sbc8 transaction will result in immediate account suspension and legal recovery proceedings.
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to manipulate game outcomes, share insider information about live events, or coordinate wagering activity in a manner designed to defraud sbc8.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards sbc8 staff or other players in any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media directed at sbc8.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sbc8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or loss of any other intangible asset, even if sbc8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

sbc8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to sbc8 in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

11. Privacy

sbc8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
